Chico’s Moving to Filibuster´s Space Montpelier is about to get its fourth Mexican restaurant. Chico’s Tacos and Bar is moving to the recently closed Filibuster Restaurant and Bar space on the corner of State and Elm streets in Montpelier. Chico’s serves Southern California/Mexican food, according to its Facebook page. Owner Andrew Lay told Seven Days writer Jordan Barry he is aiming for a fall opening.
