The city of Luthersville was awarded a $10,200,000 Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) board of directors.  The loan will finance the construction of a sewer collection system. The city is in phase two of the construction of a sanitary sewer collection system. This project will replace failing septic systems and protect public health.
