The following pre-conference classes are available on Monday, September 23rd:
Pet CPR & First Aid Construction Playbook for Success Emergency Action Plan Development Workshop.
PLUS; we have one blended course available:Adult & Infant CPR. This class will require you to complete the coursework online prior to arriving at conference. You will schedule time to take your compression skills test with a certified instructor while you are at the FLOW Conference.
All of these classes can be selected as add-ons during conference registration, or they may be purchased as stand-alone classes. But you must register to attend. You’ll check in at the conference registration desk to obtain your access badge.
THE IBPSA MASTER BUSINESS ACADEMY (IBPSA MBA)
This is a cutting-edge, fully virtual training program designed specifically for professionals in the pet care services industry. The program, which will begin on October 10, 2024, was developed in partnership with GoalMakers and is modeled on an executive MBA curriculum. Through a unique combination of networking and learning opportunities, the program is tailored to help pet care business leaders become better managers and improve their bottom lines.
The intensive 10-week IBPSA MBA program covers three core areas essential for business success: organizational leadership, people management and financial mastery. The curriculum – which is ideal for both seasoned leaders and those who are new to management – features over 350 interactive self-paced eLearning modules, allowing users the flexibility to access the program anytime and anywhere. Lessons are designed to be immediately applicable and help users see tangible improvements in real-time, particularly when it comes to better understanding the financial aspects of their businesses, empowering their teams, streamlining their hiring processes and serving their customers.
