HOW IMPORTANT IS YOUR IBPSA DIRECTORY LISTING?
IBPSA was recently contacted about a facility that had provided less-than-stellar care to a client. The client looked the facility up in our Member Directory only to find that they were not listed, even though they were still displaying an expired IBPSA Membership window sticker. Ultimately, this was a situation in which the business had been sold, and the new owners did not change the membership. We advised this person of that and received the following message: “Unfortunate the new owners are no longer members, we have only had excellent experiences with IBPSA members.”
