OPENING KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Due to some unavoidable circumstances, we have had a change to our Opening Keynote Speaker. We are pleased to announce that Fernando Camacho will now be kicking off the FLOW Business Conference with his Keynote Address, entitled:

“Moving From Where You Are Now to Where You Want to Go”

Everyone has goals they want to reach and places they want to take their pet business, but not everyone gets there. The good news is that success leaves clues, and it’s something that can be replicated if you know what to look for and how to utilize it.

If you want to go someplace new with your business (and your life), you need to do things differently. We’ll go over some powerful ways to move yourself and your business forward, realize your full potential, and retain your sanity while enjoying the ride.

THE IBPSA MASTER BUSINESS ACADEMY (IBPSA MBA)

This is a cutting-edge, fully virtual training program designed specifically for professionals in the pet care services industry. The program, which will begin on October 10, 2024, was developed in partnership with GoalMakers and is modeled on an executive MBA curriculum. Through a unique combination of networking and learning opportunities, the program is tailored to help pet care business leaders become better managers and improve their bottom lines.

The intensive 10-week IBPSA MBA program covers three core areas essential for business success: organizational leadership, people management and financial mastery. The curriculum – which is ideal for both seasoned leaders and those who are new to management – features over 350 interactive self-paced eLearning modules, allowing users the flexibility to access the program anytime and anywhere. Lessons are designed to be immediately applicable and help users see tangible improvements in real-time, particularly when it comes to better understanding the financial aspects of their businesses, empowering their teams, streamlining their hiring processes and serving their customers.

At the conclusion of the 10-week program, users will receive a Certificate of Completion that can be displayed as a digital badge on LinkedIn and other professional platforms. Users will also enjoy lifetime access to the eLearning portal and resources, enabling them to continue learning and enhancing their business management skills for years to come.
