IT’S FINALLY HERE! This week, many of your fellow facility owners, general managers, and other staff are gathered with us here in Orlando to spend dedicated time to work ON their businesses, instead of IN their businesses. They will also be catching up with friends and visiting with (and purchasing from!) some of the best industry Vendors around. We welcome everyone who is new to the Flow Conference this year, both attendees and Exhibitors, and hope to get a chance to talk to you all in person.

CONFERENCE CHECKIN: You should have received an email with information to download the conference app. This year, as you come to the registration desk, you can scan your ebadge from the app and print out your name badge. Once you check in, you’ll pick up your swag bag and your tickets to enter our prize drawings. If you need another email, let us know at events@ibpsa.com. Don’t worry-if you don’t have your ebadge, you can still check in by typing in your name!
